Shipping and Returns

Shipping
We ship USPS Priority and First Class Mail (domestic and international) as well as Fedex ground service dependent upon weight of the package. If you would like express service for USPS or FedEx please contact us by phone so that we may accommodate your expedited shipping needs. Shipping options and costs are displayed after submission of the shipping address during the check-out process. All orders received will be processed and shipped within 1-7 business days.

Return Policy and Our Commitment
There are no cash or credit refunds. You may feel free to return an item within 15 days from ship date for a store credit if the item is in new condition. Returned merchandise will be refunded with a store credit in the amount of the merchandise minus shipping costs. Only if an error is made on our part will shipping costs will be refunded.

Exchanges
Customers can return merchandise for an exchange within 30 days from original ship date. Merchandise must be in new condition. Customer agress to pay any costs exceeding the amount of original purchase total. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Out of stock/ Back order
In the event that one or more of the item(s) you ordered are “out of stock (back order)” and a shipment is not expected within the allotted shipping time (1-7 business days), we will ship out the remainder of the "in stock" items promptly. We will contact you by phone or email concerning estimated arrival time of “out of stock” items that are placed on back-order. Back-ordered items are given top priority and will be processed as soon as the items are received and back in stock. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for multiple shipments caused by back-orders. You may choose to cancel items placed on back-order for a partial refund or store credit.

All special offers extended through our print catalogs and emails, as well as any gift certificates you have received via email or postal mail can be redeemed as part of the checkout process.

International Orders
All orders shipped to addresses outside the United States may be subject to tariffs, duties and taxes. It is your responsibilty to pay these upon arrival of packages.
